Blue Safety Light
The Blue Safety Light enhances site safety as this device alerts the oncoming pedestrian and vehicles that a forklift and warehouse equipment is nearby. It is easy to fix, it is economical & it is effective. This Blue Safety Light making fork lift trucks and other vehicles in your facilities more noticeable and keeping workers warned of approaching traffic is critical to reducing the potential for catastrophic, sometimes lethal injury. Red Zone Warning Light
The Red Zone Warning Light ensures pedestrians stay a safe distance away from the forklift. This zone can also be called the AVOID ZONE. With traditional audio back-up alarms that can warn workers of the location, it often gets tuned and blended into the ambient noise of the facility. The safety warning spotlight projects a clearly visible spot beam onto the floor that alerts pedestrians and other vehicles of the nearby presence of the forklift and warehouse equipment.
Speed Warning System
The system monitors the travel speed of any IC engine powered forklift truck and indicates when a set speed has been exceeded. The system does not govern the engine and can be set to the required speed limit to suit the specific application requirements. When the truck reaches the set speed limit it will automatically activate a beacon on top of the truck, a buzzer and an LED, both fitted in the cab. When the truck speed drops below the set speed limit, the unit will reset and warnings will cease. The system does not affect the performance of the truck as it is designed to act as a warning only.
Proximity Sensor
Proximity detection systems are advanced safety technologies designed to warn individuals or operators of potential collisions or dangerous situations based on the proximity of objects or other individuals. These systems are commonly used in various industries and applications to enhance safety and prevent accidents. Proximity alert systems provide timely warnings, allowing people to take necessary precautions or corrective actions to avoid accidents. These systems’ specific functionality and features may vary depending on the application, but they often rely on sensors and detection mechanisms to monitor the surrounding environment. The warning system will help with safety for both operators and pedestrians. An audible and visual warning not only helps to avoid a mishap but also prevents infrastructure damage. And if the vehicle is too close, the system stops the forklift automatically. The proximity alert system uses either magnetic field generators or radio-frequency identification.
Camera System
The system offers excellent visibility to the operator from a standard driving position. The Camera System enables the operator to stack easily on a high rack as he is able to view the operations up and above from the display monitor. The Camera system enhances reducing the amount of damage caused by miscalculations made due to human error. Ideal for Reach truck and man down VNA operating above 7.5 m lift height.
Overloading Warning
Its a simple and affordable safety system for forklift trucks, with an audible alarm that goes off when the weight on the forks exceeds a preset limit. The alarm only switches off once the load reduces below the limit again. A sensor detects when the second stage of the mast is reached, allowing the system to operate at higher lifting heights as well. It helps the driver to avoid overloading his truck, or overloading customer vans and trailers.
